Al-Rai Professional Training Center is responsible for creating an environment in which high levels of academic integrity are available by setting standards and controls for the training process that work to achieve academic integrity in all stages of the training process, starting with the registration of trainees in training programs, during training, or in the tests and results phase.

General Terms

1- Your use of the services of the Al-Rai Professional Training Center is your agreement to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, which includes all the details below, and it is a confirmation of your commitment to respond to the content of this agreement.

2- The selection of the trainer will be at the discretion of the Al-Rai Professional Training Center. Every effort will be made to maintain continuity, but it may be necessary to change the trainer during the training period.

3- Al-Rai Professional Training Center may, at our absolute discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend your right to access and use the site, upon violation of the terms and conditions of use or any other behavior that we may consider, in our sole discretion, illegal or harmful to others. In the event of termination, it will not be authorized. You may enter this site.

4- To submit exclusively to the judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with regard to all claims and disputes that arise between the first party and the Al-Rai Professional Training Center.

5- The Arabic language is the official language used to resolve any disputes arising from your use of the site or any of its contents.

6- Al-Rai Professional Training Center reserves the right to make any minor or radical amendment to the terms and conditions from time to time without the need to provide notification, and it will be published on this page.

The customer has the right to submit any complaint in which he believes that he has been subjected to injustice. We at the Al-Rai Professional Training Center seek to provide the best ways to deal with customers and guarantee their rights. These procedures aim to deal with customer complaints to ensure effectiveness and find appropriate solutions without any delay through a set of procedures. Through which customer complaints are considered, dealt with effectively, and appropriate solutions are reached.
