The Ministry has issued a decision mandating that establishments with 50 or more employees disclose their annual training data through the “Qiwa” platform at the end of each year. This includes:

The number of training hours per employee (a minimum of 8 training units annually).

The number of trainees from various categories: (employees, students, graduates, job seekers).

Training plans and the budget allocated for the following year.

The types of training offered (courses, workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training, etc.).

Consequences of non-compliance:
Fines ranging from SAR 5,000 to SAR 30,000 for repeated violations.

Basic Package

The package is designed to meet basic training disclosure requirements.
  • Addressing skills gaps among human resources and developing soft skills using self-learning and asynchronous training channels
  • The training program is offered at flexible times and under close supervision. Developmental goals and return on investment are defined. The training plan is developed and designed according to the size of the organization to meet the requirements of the ministerial decree.
  • Electronic management of training programs and trainee follow-up. A final report on the progress of the training plan and trainee data for uploading to the Qiwa platform.

Premium Package

Integrated services to ensure compliance with training disclosure requirements.
  • This includes analyzing the organization's current situation and assessing employee competency and skill levels to develop and deliver a specialized training plan based on measurable objectives, as well as managing disclosure data and reports for uploading to the Qowa platform.
  • The basic package includes: analysis and assessment of training needs within the organization; and evaluation of staff before and after the training program.
  • Submitting monthly reports on the progress of the training plan and the compliance indicator for the training and trainee disclosure decision. Compiling training and trainee data and preparing the necessary files for the annual disclosure.

The Golden Package

An integrated management system for training operations within the facility,
  • This includes building materials and managing programs in accordance with the facility’s sector to achieve a rich and interactive training experience for all trainees, and ensuring integrated training disclosure on the Qiwa platform.
  • The premium package features, in addition to: training programs designed for all professions and jobs within the organization; provision of training materials, trainer management, and training platforms; and scheduling and implementation of the training plan according to the ministerial decree requirements for all departments within the organization.
