The Center is committed to providing ongoing technical, technological, and academic support to all beneficiaries of the e-learning system across all programs through the available channels published on the website.

Technical and Educational Support:

Phase 1: We provide technical support through the Center’s channels, and the technical support team will respond to inquiries.

Phase 2: We escalate tickets to the service provider for processing and response to inquiries.

Academic Support:
Providing technical and educational assistance to trainers and trainees during live (synchronous) program sessions. The Center is committed to providing a session manager to handle organization, support, and troubleshooting.

Trainers assist trainees by answering questions and providing course materials.

The session manager assists trainees with technical aspects to ensure they can attend the lecture on time and maximize their learning from the training course.

The Center is obligated to provide trainees with the necessary registration and preparation requirements, including completing the required information for certificate issuance.
