Technical and educational support policy
The Center pledges its commitment to providing technical and academic support to all beneficiaries of the e-learning system in all programs on a permanent basis through the channels available and published on the website.

Rules and etiquette that the beneficiary must follow:
Explain the problem in detail to the technical and educational support representative through any channel.

Technical and educational support:
In the first stage, we provide technical support service through the center’s channels, and the technical support team will respond to inquiries
The second stage is submitting tickets to the service provider for processing and responding to inquiries.
Technical support email (training.support@potc.sa) and inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.

Academic support and assistance:
Providing technical and educational assistance to trainers and trainees when implementing the program through the live “simultaneous” halls, as the center is committed to providing a hall manager who will organize, support, and solve problems.
Trainers assist trainees in providing answers to questions and scientific material.
The hall director assists the trainees with the technical aspects so that they can be present at the beginning of the lecture to make the most of the training course.
The center is obligated to provide trainees with the necessary conditions for registration, preparation, and filling out the necessary data required for the issuance of the certificate.
The center clarifies its means of communication to help trainees solve any problem that hinders their attendance at the training program or certificate.
